Craig Fleming
President and Chief Executive Officer
Craig Fleming joined Hydro Mississauga in January 1989 and most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Craig demonstrated strong financial leadership and was instrumental in the growth and transition of Enersource into a successful commercial enterprise. Prior to this position, Craig served as Controller from 1997 to 2003.
Prior to joining Enersource, Craig worked for nine years at Atomic Energy of Canada. His experience includes a diverse and progressive range of project management roles focused in finance and related to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of domestic and foreign nuclear power plants.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto. Over the course of his career, he has acquired extensive financial, operational and business management experience.
Dan Pastoric
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Dan joined Enersource in October 2008. He brings to his role solid senior executive expertise within the public and private sectors of the electricity industry, including positions on the Ontario government's Market Design Committee and Finance Policy Advisory Committee on Energy and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Independent Market Operator (now the Independent Electricity System Operator). He is responsible for directing safe and efficient operations of Enersource Hydro Mississauga, ensuring continued strong financial performance and maintaining full regulatory compliance. Dan is a P.Eng. and holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from McMaster University.
Norm Wolff
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Most recently, Norm served in the position of Controller until his appointment to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July 2007. Prior to this role, he held the position of Manager – Financial Services.
Norm has significant involvement and direction in the business and financial planning of Enersource's affiliate companies, Enersource Hydro Mississauga and Enersource Hydro Mississauga Services Inc. He is also responsible for oversight of enterprise system implementation projects. Prior to joining Enersource, Norm acquired financial, operational and business planning skills with Scotts Canada and Financial Task Force Inc.
Norm holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Certified General Accountant.
Jo Ann Morello
Vice President, Human Resources
Jo Ann's 25 years of experience spans across the entire spectrum of the human resource discipline and includes considerable expertise in labour relations and human resource strategy.
She joined Hydro Mississauga in 1983 and held several positions of increasing responsibility in human resources before her appointment to her current role. For six years prior to joining Enersource, she held various human resource-related positions for a major agricultural business.
Jo Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and holds the designations of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP) and Human Resources and Compensation Committee Certification (H.R.C.C.C.).
Raymond Rauber
Vice President, Engineering and Operations
Raymond leads more than 150 employees who design, build, maintain and operate the electrical utility network across the City of Mississauga. With over 25 years of utility experience, he began his career at Hydro Mississauga in 1984 and has held positions of increasing responsibility such as Project Manager and Vice President - Construction & Maintenance prior to being appointed to his current position.
Raymond is a P.Eng and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering with an option in Management Science from the University of Waterloo.
James Macumber
Vice President, Finance
James joined Enersource in January 2005 in the role of Manager, Financial Services. Most recently, he held the position of Controller and in this role he worked closely with the Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial operations. James is accountable for a wide-ranging portfolio of responsibilities including financial planning and reporting, treasury, rates and revenue assurance processes, billing operations, meter data verification as well as credit and collections. Before joining Enersource, James built his financial and business planning skills while working in several different industries ranging from mutual funds to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
James holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson Polytechnic University and is a Certified General Accountant.
