As a private corporation, we recognize the role of good governance in a successful
business and the importance of providing full disclosure on our corporate governance
practices.
Enersource is governed by a
board of directors that has ultimate accountability for the overall
direction and results of the Corporation. The board oversees the conduct of
the business and the performance of management who are responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the business.
There are four board committees: the Audit Committee; the Human Resources &
Corporate Governance Committee; the Development Committee; and the Health, Safety,
Security & Environment Committee.
