Enersource Hydro Mississauga Conditions of Service Document
Enersource Hydro Mississauga Inc., like every electricity distributor in Ontario, must have its own "Conditions of Service" document to communicate its operating practices, the types and level of service available to customers within its service area, and its connection policies. The following is to provide you with information about this document and recent changes.
In accordance with the Distribution System Code, Enersource Hydro Mississauga Inc. originally filed its Conditions of Service with the electricity regulator the Ontario Energy Board (OEB), on April 15, 2003.

What’s inside the document
This is a lengthy document, broken down into two main sections:
The General section contains references to services and requirements that are common to all customer types. This section covers items such as Rates, Billing, Hours of Work, Emergency Response, Power Quality, Available Voltages, Metering and Special Contracts.
The Customer Specific section contains references to services and requirements specific to the respective customer class. This section covers items such as Service Entrance Requirements, Delineation of Ownership, etc.
Please note that this document is subject to change. Any subsequent changes will be incorporated with each submission to the Ontario Energy Board and the most current version will be made available here.
Enersource provides advance public notice of any changes to its Conditions of Service. Following public feedback the document is provided to the OEB in the event that a dispute arises that cannot be resolved between a customer and Enersource.
