Payment Options

Paying your hydro bill couldn’t be easier.  Enersource Hydro Mississauga makes it easy to keep your account in good standing with our new E-Bill services and two pre authorized payment plans (PAPP).  Not only is it easy and electronic, pre authorized payment is good for the environment because it cuts down the amount of paper we must use.

Choose the payment plan that is best for you:

PRE AUTHORIZED PAYMENT PLANS (PAPP)

Regular Billing

Billing statements will be sent to you as usual showing the meter readings and charges.  The amount billed will be withdrawn from your bank account on the due date shown on your statement.

Equal Billing

Twelve equal monthly payments will be withdrawn from your bank account on the payment date indicated on your bill.  Any difference (debit or credit) in the twelfth month will be rolled into the following year and the monthly payment amount will be adjusted accordingly.

To enroll in either of these plans just print out our enrolment form and fax, mail or email it back to us.

ENERSOURCE E-BILL (ELECTRONIC BILLING)

Enersource E-bill is a great new service that electronically presents individual bills to Enersource Hydro Mississauga customers. E-bill offers a host of benefits:

  • Access your account when it's convenient for you, anytime, anywhere.
  • Receive and view your current bill, and retrieve and view two years of historical billing information.
  • Save on postage and mailing costs.
  • Eliminate travel time to pay your bills in person.
  • Avoid late payment charges.
  • Eliminate the clutter of monthly statements.
  • Capture and import data into popular home accounting software programs.
  • Save paper - e-bill is good for the environment.

How E-Bill Works

Once you’ve registered for E-Bill service, your statements will no longer be physically mailed.  Instead, they are made available online where you can view or pay them electronically at any time.  Make payments from the comfort of home and gain the peace of mind knowing that your information and transactions are protected and secure.

If you enrol in E-Bill we’ll still stay in touch regularly with newsletters and updates electronically attached to your bill.

To Receive Bills Online

Customers may enrol to receive their E-Bill, but not pay online, as long as they have signed up for a pre authorized payment program.

As one of the first utilities in Canada to offer E-Bill, Enersource is committed to making the service as friendly and convenient as possible.  To assist you, we’ve enlisted ePost, the premier consolidator that provides online bill viewing and payment services that are safe and simple to use.  Our sophisticated web document delivery programs encrypt your information during transit, thereby ensuring confidentiality and security.

STANDARD MONTHLY BILLING

If you have not signed-up for E-Bill, Pre Authorized Payment Plan or Equal Billing plan, you will continue to receive bills via regular mail.

Drop your payment off at our drop box located at 3240 Mavis Road, Mississauga.

Payment at Banks or Other Financial Institutions

Take your bill to a teller at your bank or financial institution, or submit the top portion of your bill when making payments at an automatic bank machine.  It may take up to 10 days for Enersource to receive payment that was made at your financial institution or automated bank machine.

Telephone or Internet Banking

It may take up to 5 days for Enersource to receive payments that were made through telephone or Internet banking.

CANCELLING A PRE AUTHORIZED PAYMENT PLAN

If you are currently enrolled in one of our pre authorized payment plans and wish cancel your enrolment, please fill out this form and email it to paymentplans@enersource.com.  If you prefer, you may also fax or mail the form to us.  Please note; we require 30 days notice to cancel your enrolment in the program.
