Enersource e-bill is a great new service that electronically presents individual bills to Enersource Hydro Mississauga customers. E-bill is one of the best and most flexible payment options available and offers a host of benefits:

How e-bill works
Once you've registered for e-bill service, your statements will no longer be physically mailed. Instead, they are made available online where you can view or pay them electronically at anytime. Make payments from the comfort of home and gain the peace of mind knowing that your information and transactions are protected and secure.
If you enroll in e-bill we'll still stay in touch regularly with newsletters and updates electronically attached to your bill.
To Receive Bills Online
Customers may enroll to receive their e-bill (but not to pay online). You must be enrolled in our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan. The service allows you to see your bill at any time of the day or night and you continue to enjoy your existing pre-authorized payment arrangements.

To Receive and Pay Bills Online
As one of the first utilities in Canada to offer e-bill, Enersource is committed to making this new service as friendly and convenient as possible. To assist you, we've enlisted EPOST, the premier consolidator that provides online bill viewing and payment services that are safe and simple to use. Our sophisticated web document delivery programs encrypt your information during transit, thereby ensuring confidentiality and security.

Pre-Authorized Payment Plans (PAPP)
Exact Billing Amount
On the due date shown on your statement, the amount billed will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account. Billing statements will be sent to you as usual (16 days before the due date) showing the meter readings and charges.
The Pre-Authorized Payment Plan is a convenient, free service offered by Enersource to its customers. To enroll, just print our Enrolment Form (PDF) and fax or mail it with a void cheque.
Standard Monthly Billing
If you have not signed-up for e-bill, Pre-Authorized Payment Plan or Equal Billing plan, you will continue to receive bills via regular mail.

Payment at Banks or Other Financial Institutions
Take your bill to a teller at your bank or financial institution, or submit the top portion of your bill when making payments at an automatic bank machine. Additional processing time may be required for payment made at your financial institution or automated bank machine.
Canceling or Changing Payment Options
If you are currently enrolled in e-bill or one of our Pre-Authorized Payment Plans and wish to make a change, please send this request to paymentplans@enersource.com. Please allow 14 days for these changes to take effect.
