The annual average total duration of service interruption per customer is consistently below the Canadian utility average. This was again the case in 2008, with Enersource experiencing 19.7 minutes of customer service interruption.
The results from this year's UtilityPulse Electric Utility Customer Satisfaction Survey are in, and 90% of Enersource Hydro Mississauga customers are satisfied with their service.
